Kenny G’s Old Gigantic Mansion Is Now Going for $70,000,000
I am ashamed to say that I have never heard of Hunts Point, Wash. It's obviously above my pay grade and way out of my price range, which explains a lot. This tiny enclave of the rich and fabulous is located alongside Lake Washington and within Seattle city limits.

I recently learned that a huge, jaw-dropping mansion that once belonged to celebrity saxophonist Kenny G. is now for sale here in Hunts Point.
It even has a $15M discount, if you can afford that sort of thing. For those of us who cannot, we can still take a peek inside and see how the other half of Washington state lives!
WHO LIVES IN HUNTS POINT WASHINGTON?
Here is a Seattle/Bellevue town that is so special that a past president made a fundraising stop or two there in the early 2000s. Hunts Point has less than 500 people living here. You can find other wealthy types like CEOs and founders of major tech and retail companies (like Amazon, Costco, and Microsoft), plus old-money families (like the Nordstroms and McCaws) living in the 'hood.
Even Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll lives in Hunts Point. It is that fancy!
Kenny G. lived in Hunts Point years ago. He sold it back in the mid-90s but some people still call it the "Kenny G House." (See the gallery below.)
If you want to buy this house, you better bring your mega-yacht, seaplanes, and jet skis so that you can make good use of the waterfront dock by the mansion.
Your guests will have a beach cottage all to themselves, and your servants will have a private place to live, too. You will have use of five bedrooms along with five full baths and 5 half bathrooms scattered throughout the home.
There is no basement, but there is an elevator to take you to the second floor. Did I forget to mention the wine cellar and 8 fireplaces that come with the mansion? Views from the estate include overlooking Lake Washington.
Kenny G. moved out of this multi-million dollar abode in 1999 and reportedly lives in Malibu. Rumor has it that Jeff Bezos and his fiance, Lauren Sanchez, were renting this mansion from its current owner but, as we recently read in the news, the couple hightailed it to go live in Miami.
