What Makes Fan Fest Northwest Great

Comic convention-style events have been around for decades now. What's nice about Fan Fest Northwest is that is brings the local Yakima Valley together without needing to drive all the way to Seattle or Portland to enjoy being around like-minded people.

There's something truly for all fan groups at these events.

There are celebrity guests you can meet and take a photo with or get your favorite item signed, you can play in video game tournaments, you can be a part of local workshops and interact with panels featuring voice actors and so much more. All in one location.

Fan Fest Northwest 2026 dates

Fan Fest Northwest will be doing it's 2nd annual event on Saturday August 8th and Sunday, August 9th.

That's right, it's going to be a two-day event in 2026.

The first one last year was just a single day event which was still nice but they can do much more if they hold Fan Fest Northwest over the course of two days.

That also opens up for if someone who couldn't attend was working on Saturday could still enjoy themselves on Sunday. Many conventions do this.

Fan Fest Northwest is a fundraiser for Rod's House which helps local, at-risk teens and young adults from experiencing homelessness. In attending Fan Fest Northwest you're also helping the local community.
