Why is Boise the way that it is? Everyone has a theory--some old enough to be classified as "wives tales" by now, have stood the test of time. What goes on in Hidden Springs and is there a religious group that decides all?
We like to think that Boise isn't what some will make it to be--however, we had a great time reading a recent online conversation all about Boise and the conspiracy theories that exist here.
