Masterminds at Kellogg’s Releasing a Fan-Favorite Crossover

Kellogg's releases new breakfast cereal every year from new variations of classic favorites like the strawberry milkshake Frosted Flakes to licensed themes like the new Hocus Pocus cereal celebrating the new movie coming this season. For the past couple of years Kellogg's has worked with Little Debbie to make some of their popular brands into a delectable breakfast cereal. We've seen cereals based on their Oatmeal Creme Pies and Comic Brownies. Now we're going to be blessed with a fan favorite of most - the classic Nutty Buddy.

The Nutty Buddy is a chocolate and peanut butter wafer treat that so many people love. This should translate very well to a breakfast cereal. Although the cereal pieces themselves won't be in layers the crunch and flavor should be spot on. I'm looking forward to trying them.

This is slated to hit store shelves at Walmart for a timed exclusive next month. Then you'll find Nutty Buddy cereal at other stores nationwide by December. Look out for them.

BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery.
