Oh, the streaming wars. It was our hope to cut the cord and save money on all of our cable bills. Instead, we might have cut the cord, but did we really save any money? I know I was looking for a way to just get baseball and other sports I love with out having to bundle something. I was even looking into some "shadier" things, but because I don't want to mess with a VPN or UPN or whatever it is, I guess I'm stuck and at the mercy of whatever new streaming service pops up this week.

Luckily, we do have choices. I'm sure you've heard tails from your parents/grandparents or even Jeff Foxworthy about how back in the day, there were 3 channels on TV... "and if the President was on, your night was shot!" Now days there are over 200 different streaming platforms, just for TV alone. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Disney +, Twitch, Apple TV, Paramount +, Discovery +, Peacock, Tubi, Crackle, and those are just the ones off the top of my head. It's no wonder that there's now a National Streaming Day! A day, which according to NatonalDayCalendar.com, "we recognize the advancing and growing technology that makes our mobile lives run more smoothly."

Don't even get me started on the streaming for music! Okay, I'll start: Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Title, Deezer, Soundcloud, etc. etc. One music streamer that is free, and always has been... the live stream from 94.5 KATS! You can stream it right now via your computer, or download the FREE KATS App, and rock on the go!
