New Yakima Commissioner Ladon Linde On The Big Job Ahead

Where was the common sense, when a state construction crew was allowed to keep working while a private business crew, doing essentially the same work, was shut down because of the Coronavirus?

In a nutshell, it's that kind of incongruity in decision making by state officials that first motivated County Commissioner LaDon Linde to seek appointment to the District 3 commission seat. Linde is Director of Medical Staff Services at Astria Sunnyside Hospital but he'll soon leave that post for his new job.
