No Cinco de Mayo Plans? Taco Bell Says Let Them Help You Out
For most of us, this is our first Cinco de Mayo under quarantine. That doesn't mean we won't be ready to party (indoors) come Tuesday, May the 5th!
I, for one, am planning my own Cinco de Mayo menu: Chips + guac, cheese quesadillas, refried beans + rice, Mexican cornbread, cilantro shrimp, and some pico de Gallo. If I have enough energy, I'll attempt my hand at making shrimp ceviche and chicken mole.
Taco Bell, on the other hand, is prepping a whole TACO BAR for you to swing by and pick up for your own Cinco de Mayo party!
These "build your own kits" will include fast food ingredients for you to make your own "Double Decker Tacos" or whatever you can think of to make with flour tortillas, taco shells, seasoned beef, and a host of their fresh vegetable ingredients.
I just wish they had a bar to make yummy chicken mole--then I would be SET!
