Phlox, Crone to Play Back to School Concert in Yakima
Just In!

Who is Phlox?
Phlox is a PNW artist that I wrote about before when they played their last show at Moxee Hop Fest last year before taking a break to live their lives. Now today, for the love of the music, the camaraderie among bandmates, and the joy of helping the community, Phlox alongside other local acts like Crone and more will be rocking Yakima this Saturday.

What is the Makers Space?
The Yakima Makers Space is located at 16 S 1st St, Yakima. This venue is a nonprofit known for helping with education and creativity as it helps the community. Even on their own website it reads, "Growing the Creative Potential of Yakima." Yakima Makers Space has recently gained some spotlight, becoming a small venue for musicians to play and spread joy in the community.

How To Get In?
The venue will be taking donations of school supplies or cash to help with the purchase. These essentials will go towards helping families and children in the Yakima Valley who need extra help as they return to school this August after summer vacation. With many schools starting as early as two weeks from now, now is the time to be getting the supplies kids need for the new school year.
Not only will Phlox and Crone be here to rock the Yakima Valley, they are working with Makers Space to provide much needed school supplies for our community.
