Real Life Frogger in Vietnam [VIDEO]

I'm not stupid enough to jaywalk any street in Yakima, mostly because I don't trust other drivers. And, if I did jaywalk, I certainly wouldn't do it across any of our busier streets like near 40th and Summitview or across 1st in Union Gap. This guy has guts and, fortunately, we didn't see them spread out all over this Vietnam street.

Is this usual for Vietnam? It's like a Tour de Moped.
