Seahawks Add Defensive End Jared Allen From Minnesota

The Seattle Seahawks already number one-ranked defense just got better.
Minnesota Vikings defensive end and pass-rusher extraordinaire Jared Allen - who is the only player to record 11+ sacks in each of the last seven years in the N.F.L. - is expected to sign a contract with the defending Super Bowl champions.

Allen has amassed 128.5 career sacks, making him #12 all-time in league history in that statistic.
