Whoever thought when you grew up you'd get to go to classy venues and listen to music your parents hated?

Welcome to adulthood!

And welcome to the Seattle Rock Orchestra's presentation of Pink Floyd's classic sounds, coming Sept. 16 to the Seasons Performance Hall  in Yakima.

The orchestra will pay tribute to the psychedelic rock pioneers by playing all the songs that used to alarm your mom and outrage your dad -- from the band's debut album, "The Piper At the Gates of Dawn," to the "The Wall." The show also features a complete performance of "The Dark Side of the Moon" and several of the band's orchestral and instrumental suites. Listen for the orchestra's takes on "Money," "Comfortably Numb," "Another Brick In The Wall," "Fearless" and many others.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 at the Seasons, 101 N. Naches Ave. General admission is $35, balcony seats are $25. Tickets are available here.
