The house of the Hedgehog has announced that its upcoming Hatsune Miku, Alien and Sonic Boom titles will be out in full force at E3 next week.

Sega has announced that its main contributions to E3 2014 will be the first-person survival horror title, Alien: Isolation; the music-based singing game, Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd; and its two new Sonic titles, Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric and Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal.

In particular, Sega's E3 announcement proves that the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS Sonic Boom titles intend to differ from one another instead of one simply being a port of the other. Sega has announced that Sonic Boom's main villain will not be the evil Eggman, but Lyric, a giant, tech-savvy, snake-like creature. Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric for Wii U and Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal for Nintendo 3DS will both be launching sometime this November.

Alien: Isolation acts as a sequel to the original 'Alien' film, where you play as Amanda Ripley, daughter of Sigourney Weaver's character, Ellen Ripley. Amanda has ventured into space to find out what happened to her mom, but there's a certain xenomorph on the loose that she must evade as she tries to piece together the puzzle of her mother's disappearance. Alien: Isolation will launch on Oct. 7 for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd is the newest rhythm game based on the popular Hatsune Miku franchise. Project Diva F 2nd takes 20 classic, catchy songs from Hatsune's Japanese PSP original and adds 20 brand new songs as well. While cross-save compatibility has been confirmed, we're hoping cross-buy compatibility gets added in, because Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd comes out this fall for both PlayStation 3 and PS Vita.
