NFL insider Adam Schefter tweeted out yesterday (Oct. 7) that the Seattle Seahawks were about to add run-stuffing defensive lineman Damon "Snacks" Harrison to the team's practice squad.

Harrison posted on his official Twitter account a video of his highlights with the simple caption, "Humble".

At 6'3" and 350 pounds, it is no great mystery as to how Harrison got tabbed with the nickname "Snacks".

While Harrison has been one of the NFL's best at stopping the opponent's running game, the Seahawks are pulling up the rear in pass defense. Will the addition of "Snacks" help to shore that up some?
