Arcade Fire spent the summer paying tribute to musicians from every town they toured through and, for Halloween, they're paying homage to horror movies with their own short film, 'Festi.'
Just when it looked like Arcade Fire were though covering other people's songs during the band's tour stops in those artists' hometowns, they pulled one out again last night.
