14th District State Senator Curtis King is angry.  You hear it in his words and his tone. Why aren't Yakima restaurants able to open up?  Where is the science in the shutdown? Why does the Governor maintain an iron fist control on decision making.  He's angry.   Dealing with that is just one of many uphill battles Republicans face in the legislative session that gets underway on Monday.
