Top 3 Places a Trader Joe’s Should Go Here in the Yakima Valley

Trader Joe's is that one store, more than others, that Yakima citizens have been on their knees begging for. Most articles you read on Facebook or people talking in local circles, all wishing we had a local Trader Joe's option. The unique idea that they leave out the middle man and sell their own products direct to you with a nice variety of fresh produce, cheese and, of course, you can't go wrong with their favorite 2 Buck Chuck.

Where could we put a Trader Joe's?

Well, let's say, hypothetically, they announce one is coming here (it isn't) and that it has established (they haven't) that Yakima is the best place to have one in Central Washington (that's, yet, to be determined) here are some fabulous places we could have a Trader Joe's convenient for all.

1.) The old Office Max by Target
This place is plenty big for a place like Trader Joe's as Trader Joe's stores are often much smaller than say a Safeway or Fiesta Foods. And when I do see a Trader Joe's outside of town it's often near a Target so why not! And the parking is already taken care of.

2.) The old Bed, Bath and Beyond
Another location that's already prime as it has its own parking area. Bed Bath and Beyond is currently used for Spirit Halloween however once it's out we can move right in. It's perfect and great news for those who enjoy shopping Union Gap.

3.) Anywhere in Zillah.
Okay, hear me out on this. Trader Joe's goes to Zillah and everyone in the surrounding area from Yakima, Selah, Moxee, Sunnyside, Tri-Cities... everyone will drive to Zillah which will also increase Zillah tourism. Hey, you never know, it could work!
