Oh, how fate points us in various directions and what we do with the situation we're given. My kids and I decided to go out to eat but the place we had in mind was closed. Since we were in Union Gap, we figured Buffalo Wild Wings was a place we could all agree on and it's been a while since I had been here so, why not.

Mulling over the menu as I often do I noticed they had cauliflower wings. Interesting, I didn't even know cauliflower could fly but here we are.

It wasn't what I was looking for like an entire meal but I did want to try them so grabbed them as an appetizer for all of us to try.

On our table spanning what everyone ordered, we had about 4 different flavors of wings, both bone-in and boneless, mozzarella sticks, and a cheese curd burger with onion rings. Though everything was tasty as it always is, the Asian Zing Cauliflower Wings were the hit on the table.

There was a bit of a zing but not too spicy and they almost melted in your mouth, full of flavor.

That's one of the beauties of cauliflower is that many are finding out multiversal they are. Everything from cookies to pizza crust and so much more. And now as mock-wings! I prefer bone-in chicken wings but would opt for cauliflower over boneless chicken wings.

I'm already looking forward to our next visit so I can order more of these.
