Washington Most Difficult State To Get Driver’s License

Based on a recent study, it turns out that the state of Washington is the most difficult place to become a licensed driver in the entire country.
Washington is by far the most expensive with a testing fee of $85. It also requires the biggest number of maneuvers (19) to pass the road test.

The easiest state to get a license? South Dakota. Get an 80 percent or better by executing six (6) tasks and pay them just 9 bucks!
