In a message posted on their official Facebook page today, the Washington State Department of Transportation alerted travelers to be aware of a giant pothole that emerged today (July 10) on the Vantage Bridge that spans the Columbia River on Interstate 90 heading East.

If there's one silver lining, the number of motorists that we usually be traveling on this stretch of road will, likely, be greatly diminished as the Summer concert series in nearby George, WA at the world famous Gorge Amphitheater aren't going on as they would be normally.
