94.5 KATS, for the first time ever, is co-presenting Seattle’s legendary Pain in the Grass summer concert festival, also for the first time ever, to The Gorge Amphitheatre for two days of the best The Rock Station has to offer. The festival will be held Friday, September 6th and Saturday, September 7th. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 17th at 10am exclusively through Live Nation.

Pain in the Grass 2013 features its biggest and best line up to date, with Seattle’s own Alice in Chains, Avenged Sevenfold and the iconic Jane’s Addiction, as well as hard hitting acts like Volbeat, All That Remains and Airbourne. Concert goers will also enjoy having their senses assaulted by the sounds of Baroness, Coheed and Cambria, and Danko Jones as well as Walking Papers, featuring Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses and Velvet Revolver fame, and many more.

Confirmed artists to preform: Alice in Chains, Avenged Sevenfold, Jane’s Addiction, Volbeat, Coheed And Cambria, All That Remains, HIM, Circa Survive, Baroness, Airbourne, Walking Papers, Danko Jones, Middle Class Rut, New Politics, Attika 7, Heaven’s Basement, Mindset Evolution, and The Chuck Shaffer Picture Show.
