Sometime ago Lars Ulrich and the rest of Metallic went into battle with Napster over the Illegal downloading of songs. Now it seems that the Napster founder wants to buy Metallica's record label. In 2000 the boys went up against Sean Parker and his "Free" Downloading site. It was all settled out of court but over 300,000 thousand people were banned from downloading illegally. Warner Music Group continued on with the battle and Napster was finally shut down in 2004.  But Sean didn't stop there, he was part of the team that helped Facebook be "The Place To Be" and as a result become a Billionaire between the two.  The bid for Metallica's record label is more than 2.5 Billion dollars.  Can't wait to see what happens.  More on this story at www.rocknewsdesk.com
