Everyone's got a boss who has a few catchphrases -- usually to help motivate you or to remind you of who's boss. But are some of those catchphrases used so much that you would rather punch them in the face or go sit in your car for a few minutes than take their advice?Several people I work with us these exact catchphrases, and they drive me crazy.

One boss uses "At the end of the day" almost every single day -- and not just at the end of the day! He is usually trying to make at point that half the stuff people say doesn't matter because at the end of the day it is going to be done his way no matter what. I get his usage but, again he says it so much you almost tune him out.

Here are some catch phrases LinkedIn found that you might want to stay clear from because of their annoyance.

1.  “At the end of the day.”

2.  “Back to the drawing board.”

3.  “Hit the ground running.”

4.  “Get the ball rolling.”

5.  “Think outside the box.”

6.  “Let’s touch base.”

7.  “It’s a no-brainer.”

8.  “I’ve got a lot of stuff on my plate.”

9.  The word “synergy.”

10.  “It’s a win-win.”

Try to find alternatives to each so you don't drive people crazy! HA!
