It's an unfortunate day for breakfast lovers. There have been cases of people affected by salmonella and it, unfortunately, links to one of my favorite cereals.

azcentral.com is reporting 73 cases of people affected by salmonella in multiple states (including Washington) and the CDC is saying it's coming from Honey Smacks.

If you bought a box of Honey Smacks recently, you're welcome to return it for a refund. If your 'best if used by' date is between June 14, 2018 through June 14, 2019 it's very returnable or you can return it to Kellogg's and they'll help you out.

More information on this and how to get a refund you can visit Kellogg's Honey Smack Recall section of their website.
