The first photos are now available of Suspect 2 during his capture and arrest. As reports have mentioned, he is injured. I'm sure there are many Bostonians that will say he isn't injured enough. I'm glad they caught him alive. If you're curious, here's his picture.

This picture just about says it all. After being on lockdown most of the day, people sitting on the edge of their seat all day awaiting the capture of suspect 2. Now they can rest easy and it's time they celebrate such a wonderful city.

The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing has been captured. Dzokhar Tsarnaev was taken into police custody Friday night -- five days after the bombing that left three dead and left more than 100 injured, police said. The 19-year-old was apprehended after a manhunt that began Thursday night with the fatal shooting of an MIT officer and extended into the evening hours on Friday.

6:55 AM ET:  The AP is reporting that the suspects are from Chechnya, and have lived in the US for at least one year. The surviving Boston bomb suspect has been identified as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Ma. NBC News is reporting that both suspects are brothers. Today was "one of those days" as a radio d.j. that, thankfully, don't come along too often. Following the horrific events that unfolded in Boston yesterday, it is was difficult trying to balance the normal levity of a morning show combined with the gravity of a national tragedy.

The Boston Celtic faithful were none too pleased when the team traded for forward Jeff Green earlier this season.
