I'm guessing the vest did not work.

On Wednesday night, Rachel Poole, who's nine months pregnant, came to her El Paso home and started a FaceTime call with her husband, who's a soldier deployed overseas. It was a normal evening as the couple prepared for their child's birth, until Rachel was attacked and stabbed from behind.

A good friend of mine who works the night shift at a hospital here in Yakima posted this pic on her Facebook timeline.

– An altercation at a Tenacious D concert in Las Vegas on Saturday reportedly resulted in a stabbed fan, a large pool of blood and one person rushed to the hospital, where he was expected to make a full recovery. Another man was arrested for the incident, which caused the D gig to be cut short.
