Wa. St. Patrol Officer Gets Schooled On the Law

Know the law and know your rights.

This motorist clearly does.  After he was stopped by a member of the Washington State Patrol, he began reciting sections of the Revised Code of Washington which made the trooper, well.... let's say a bit uneasy, as he was being challenged about the legality of being stopped by an unmarked vehicle.
