Webcams Taken Over By Government

The British equivalent of the NSA is the newest agency to invade our privacy.     The GCHQ has recovered images from Yahoo webcam chats. Some of the images are even revealing and racy.  Nobody wants the images from a sexy chat with their lover saved and looked at by some government agency. It was said that the images were used for some sort of digital mugshot data base for formal criminals. The goal being to keep tabs on the former inmates. Who is to blame? The British Government? Or Yahoo for taking the images in the first place? Webcams are starting to become too much of a risk.
