Oregon State Police need help finding the person who killed this bald eagle. The protected bird was found on Thursday morning facedown in the water. The bird was probably killed one or two days prior to its discovery. Killing one of these majestic creatures could net the guilty party up to one year in prison and a fine up to $100,000. The Oregon State Police are reaching out to the public to find the culprit. Anyone who gives information that leads to an arrest could be rewarded with up to $2,500.
