BBB Warns About Risk Free Trials on Christmas Week

The internet is full of ads and links of miracle products that promise easy weight loss, whiter teeth or disappearing wrinkles. The Better Business Bureau of Eastern Washington says be careful. The BBB says you might be enticed to try the products through a "risk free" trial especially if you're home spending more time in front of the TV. But they say rarely is it ever free.
The BBB receives complaints from free trial offer victims nearly every day and warns consumers to use extreme caution before agreeing to the offer and entering their credit card number.
Typically after entering your credit card information for shipping you suddenly find other charges on your account for a subscription that you didn't agree to pay for.
The BBB says do your homework and deal with companies that you trust and if you do enter into a risk free trial watch your credit card bill and know the terms of the deal.
