Bike Nights Laughs Off Rain, Wraps Up a Great Year [PHOTOS]

Hey, it rains in Sturgis, right? So why wouldn't we have a few sprinkles in Yakima the night we gave away our Sturgis camping-and-concerts package at the final Central Washington Bike Nights stop of 2019?

Still, around 70 riders braved the threat of thunderstorms and forecasts calling for rain and hail Wednesday night and made the trek to Jack-son's Sports Bar & Clubhouse Lounge. But as it turned out, the weather didn't amount to much.

The party, however, was another matter. We had as many laughs (see the photo gallery below) as we've ever had -- including some mile-wide smiles from Sue and Brian Gordon, who won the grand prize and will soon be packing for the South Dakota badlands.

Mark Collins, meantime, took home the Shinedown/Papa Roach tickets in our weekly app contest.
