Over 256 thousand pounds of canned beef stew products are under a recall due to possible foreign material contamination.

The reason for this recall might be the reason your salsa is extra chunky!

Consumer Product Safety Commission and Fisher-Price issued the recall after reports of the toy breaking and causing a choking hazard. Luckily, no injuries as of this writing.

Testing conducted by the Washington State Department of Agriculture found salmonella contamination, which sparked the recall.
