When 36-year-old Jason Smith was killed by a driver who fled the scene in Pasco, his family put up a memorial sign to honor him and to remind motorists to drive safe.Pasco city officials approved the sign for the Smith family, but later found out they'd made a mistake. KNDO has a video of the Smith's putting the sign up.
