I don't know what is more amazing about this video (captured by a convenience store security camera back in 2009) but it's either a.) the fact this completely wasted dude even made it to the store or b.) that it's 10 o'clock in the morning!

According to THIS CHART, effects at specific Blood Alcohol Content have him somewhere between .25 and .30 (which is four to five times the legal limit!)

I do know this, however. The wise guy who set this video to a piece of classical music is a genius! Do not let the 10:52 length scare you - it is worth every second!
