Fun Times at Rascal Rodeo 2020 [PHOTOS]

One of the highlights for us during the CRC Rodeo Finals is the Rascal Rodeo -- a nonprofit experience for kids with special needs. It's an event we attend regularly and we had a great time as always watching them ride the horses and more. Here's what we saw.
