Fun Time at the Rascal Rodeo in Yakima [PHOTOS]

When the CRC Rodeo's in town, it also brings the Rascal Rodeo. It's a way for people with special needs to enjoy the life of a cowboy for a while. You can milk a prop cow, learn to use a lasso and even ride a horse. I brought my three kids there. Here's what they experienced.
