I Forgot To Exercise This Week
No, really. I actually meant to start my active routine that I used to lose a bunch of weight last year.
A couple of weeks ago I received an email from the home office of the corporate overlords announcing a new company-wide contest. The lucky person that loses the most weight wins fabulous prizes, etc.
When I care to, I can actually lose weight pretty fast. I thought I could use this curse/gift to score some summer cash.
Then after filling out the form and submitting it, I forgot about it completely.
Oops.
I have not gone hiking, to the gym in weeks, or even paid attention to what I have been eating.
Fail.
The good news is that I haven't gained any weight despite my indifference to diet. Not since the start of the contest anyway.
When I weighed myself I was still the heaviest I have ever been, all 315 pounds, which is what I weighed in February.
So, here is where I was last summer after sliming down to 245...
Well, I am going to remember this week. Not today, I need a nap.
