Idiot Jumps Zoo Fence In Ohio to Pet Cougars — ‘Here, Kitty Kitty’ [VIDEO]

This guy has to be stoned or something because he is not in his right mind. Every time I watch this video today I think this guy is done for! Luckily, the only thing that is going to happen after he jumps the zoo fence is some jail time and a fine for trespassing! 'Here Kitty Kitty' worked for this guy, but he should be happy that the cougars were not hungry. I don't think the second fence would have stopped them if they were! HA
