There are quite a few cities here in Washington state that look practically just like cities in Europe.

Don’t laugh at me, but in the wintertime when it’s very foggy outside before the sun rises, I pretend that I am living in some English town, like London. I’ve never been to London, mind you, but I do know they have thick fog over there across the pond.

I think my heart yearns to live somewhere in Europe, somewhere far away from here. Since I’m too broke to go gallivanting on a European vacation, I practice the second best thing: Travel to cities across Washington and just fantasize that I am on another continent.
