La Center
Near Ridgefield just north of Vancouver, Washington, many may consider moving to La Center to be close to Vancouver/Portland without actually living in the city.

As time goes on, the city just becomes more and more populated.

Sultan
Sultan is the art of living near Seattle and Everett without actually having to live in those cities.

It's a little farther away down Highway 2 but it's a neat spot with plenty to do and see and a quick drive to a bigger city like Seattle or Bellevue.

Winlock
Just off I-5 as you exit Highway 12 heading south towards Vancouver, Winlock is a neat enough town that is finding more and more residents moving here. Great place to live if you're into that rural lifestyle.

Black Diamond
Black Diamond, Washington, is gaining more and more people in population year after year.

Right between Maple Valley and Enumclaw, Black Diamond is another place to be if you're rather not live directly in Federal Way or the surrounding area. It's a little off the beaten path and most residents seem to prefer it that way.

Ridgefield
Ridgefield, Washington, came in first place for cities that are seeing the most growth in population.

With new housing developments and a place to live that isn't the Vancouver/Portland area while still being in proximity (see La Center) Ridgefield is finding more and more residents moving here every year.
