A Tri-Cities restaurant owner is taking a stance for his wait staff in a funny and creative way with new T-shirts. This all stems from an incident that took place at Just Joel's restaurant in Kennewick last month. when a patron decided it would be fun to grab the rear end of one of Joel's waitresses.
