Prosecutor To Talk About Recent Gang Murder Wednesday

When a Yakima gang member was killed last month in a gang related shooting along Lincoln Avenue police arrested three rival gang members. But after an investigation the Yakima County Prosecutors office decided against filing murder charges against the three identified as 20-year-old Jonathan Lopez, 19-year-old Angel Garcia and 15-year-old Mickael Garcia.
The three known gang members are accused in the shooting death of rival gang member 30-year-old Marcos Guillen. But the suspects aren't behind bars and are now reportedly planning to defend themselves against gang violence planned for later this month and early next month.
Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic will talk about the case during an appearance on The Morning News at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday on KIT.
