Rite Aid at 56th and Summitview is Closing — Stuff on Clearance Now

On my way to work I popped in the Rite-Aid on 56th and Summitview to discover empty shelves and discounts galore. As it turns out, this particular Rite-Aid is closing.

Always sad when we see a store closing, but the other locations will stay in business and the staff from this location will be placed at our local stores. That's good news.

No word on what store will take its place.

After speaking to an employee for a moment, this location is going to open for a little longer, then closed for a week in late June and will reopen for the final time to liquidate everything left on shelves.

The silver lining being, of course, deals galore! Just a head's up if you like shopping for things like this.

Doors will be closed for good in the second week of July.
