An all-ages event featuring bands from multiple decades, all gathered in Umatilla, Oregon, at the Rock The Locks Music Festival (83606 Bud Draper Road).

Umatilla’s annual music festival, Rock The Locks, is locked and loaded, ready to bring 3 days of music and fun to Oregon on Friday, September 26th through Sunday, September 28th!
