Shooting in Fred Meyer Parking Lot Wounds Three
According to a press release from the Yakima Police Department (YPD), three people were injured -- at least one seriously -- in a shooting in the Fred Meyer parking lot at 40th Avenue and Fruitvale Boulevard at approximately 1:30 Saturday morning (11/16).
The victims were 29-, 27- and 17-year-old males. YPD believes the incident stemmed from a disagreement between the victims and currently unidentified perpetrators. As of this writing, no arrests have been made and YPD is asking for help in solving this case.
