With the holiday season winding down, the city of Yakima does offer an option for Christmas tree disposal.

Simply set an appointment for pick-up with the city's Refuse Department by calling 509-575-6005.

You will be charged a fee of $10 for trees up to 5 feet and $15 for those taller. It is asked that taller trees be cut in half before pick-up.
