Charles Darwin is a famous scientist whose theory of evolution promoted his term "natural selection." Today, on the 207th anniversary of his birth, I bet Darwin would be surprised at how the term is applied.

Happy birthday to Jim Morrison who was born on December 8th, 1943. Morrison was the lead singer to the Doors and a lyrical genius. Jim Morrison died at age 27 in Paris, France. He had developed an alcohol dependency and reports state that he 'might have' died from a heroin overdose however, there was no autopsy preformed.
I grew up in the '70s and the '80s when no one wore seat belts, including kids on school buses. I don't think anyone really thought about it. Now that I have kids, and it isn't the '70s and '80s, I just assumed that there were seat belts on school buses. I was wrong. How can this be?
