5.) Day Trip in Seattle

Sure the drive can be spendy but for the most part, you can find a lot to do out in the Emerald city, like visiting Pike Place Market, checking out the boardwalk, taking a stroll on the beach, and if you have the money for it, I suggest checking out the MoPop museum. With Years of music history from Jimmy Hendrix to Nirvana and even the Beatles. They also have a pop culture museum filled with a bunch of different scifi movie props.

The Pacific North West is a beautiful postcard wherever you look, all around the evergreen state there are hundreds of great places to set up camp and enjoy the weekend away from tech and the busy city. There's no better recent button than a weekend in the wild.

3.) Go to Summer Con at the Washington State Fair Grounds

If you're a bit nerdy or love collectibles of all kinds and celebrities from your favorite movies this is a perfect place to check out. Summer Con is newer to the comic con scene and takes place in Puyallup Washington. 2.) Fish the Yakima River 

The Yakima River is home to some of the most beautiful rainbow trout you can catch. It's actually one of Washington's hottest fishing spots, what better way to relax on the cheap and enjoy the sun on the water.

Whether you're looking to enjoy the fun in the water or stay dry and hit the rides, there's plenty for you and the whole family to do.
