Tiny “Deebo” Lister Visits Yakima to Giveaway His Bike
Over the weekend, Cemetery Tim's was hosting a social distancing 'meet and greet' with star of the movie Friday, The Fifth Element and more, Tiny Lister. He played the bully Deebo in Friday. It was so cool to see him in Yakima.
He was invited to take some photos with fans, sign some autographs and raffle a bike giveaway similar to the one from the film. What a fun gimmick.
Along with joking around with the fans in line (if someone was wearing a necklace he'd threaten to take it for himself) he was making sure everyone was keeping their distance, using hand sanitizer and making sure everyone was safe.
It was a surprise to see him in Yakima so I ran down, took a few photos of the event and one for myself. Hope Cemetery Tim's and other places in the Yakima area can do more of this.
