UPDATE: Breaking Benjamin Pre-Sale FUBAR

94.5 KATS, its staff and management, would like to take a moment to apologize on behalf of people who screwed up that weren't us.
We were told to tell you that the ticket pre-sale for the Breaking Benjamin concert at the Toyota Center in Kennewick was to begin today (12/12).

It's actually tomorrow (12/13) starting at 10:00 a.m.

We were also told that the password was "EMBER" - the title of Breaking Benjamin's new album.

It's not. For non-VIP members, It's actually "BREAKING".

Aaannnndddd... We were told that the opening acts in support of the show were to be Underoath and Diamante.

Doh!

In reality it's Diamante and ASKING ALEXANDRIA.
