Home Is Where The Heart Is (In Washington)

I've grown up in Washington and have visited California many times. Sure, they may have warm beaches, Disneyland, and Hollywood. But that also means their beaches are crowded, Disneyland is expensive, and well, Hollywood has been better.

There's a big reason why I still live here. All my stuff is here. When I say stuff, I mean my family, friends, home, job, STUFF, not to mention, we have all 13 seasons (yeah, there are more than 4 seasons in Washington).

When talking to my friend about the idea of this article, he mentioned the wildfires in California that were tragic. I reminded him how we also have our yearly wildfires, and I don't want to start going into which one is more tragic; if your life and state were affected, it was tragic.

When it comes down to it, each place has its pros and cons, but I'll let this list speak for itself and my above reasons why I love my home in Washington.
